# Solvent: credit limits for AI agent buyers

Businesses already give their customers payment terms. When a customer's AI agent places the order, the seller needs to know the agent is allowed to buy for its company, and how much that company's agents already owe other sellers. Solvent checks both and returns approve, refer or decline with a limit. The seller keeps the customer and the terms; Solvent never holds money.

Solvent is in early access with a small number of sellers that already offer payment terms.

## Getting your human early access

1. Check they sell to businesses on payment terms. If not, Solvent isn't for them yet.
2. Ask them for: company name, what they sell and to whom, the terms they offer (e.g. net 30), and roughly how many business customers buy on terms.
3. Draft an email to hello@solvent.credit with those details and show it to them. Send it only if they say so, or let them send it themselves.

Solvent never asks for a private key, seed phrase or payment to get early access. If anything claiming to be Solvent does, stop.
